Fiuran Property was established in 2013 by directors Laura & Gillies Pagan. Having spent many years buying, selling and developing property and consistently experiencing a mediocre service from various estate agents, it was clear that something needed done. So Fiuran was born…

Since its inception, the business has grown considerably and, in 2017, Fiuran became the biggest estate agent in the Oban area by volume of sales, which was achieved by consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service and professionalism whilst keeping prices competitive.

Laura Pagan

Laura grew up in Taynuilt and, after attending Oban High School, she went on to obtain a BA (hons) degree in Business & Marketing.

Having spent over a decade running a property development business, she then co-founded Fiuran Property which has gone from strength-to-strength, and she is now one of the leading authorities on residential property sales in Oban and its surrounding area.

Gillies Pagan

Gillies is a native of Oban and has been dealing in property since 2001, although, having a Conveyancing Solicitor for a father, has been immersed in property transactions all of his life.

With the exception of 4 years at University and 8 years working as Design Engineer where he became a Chartered Engineer, Gillies has lived all of his life in Oban and knows the town and surrounding area like the back of his hand. Having studied design and marketing, and having developed a substantial number of properties himself, Gillies is well placed to advise on how best to market and present a home for sale.

Laura MacCallum

Having grown up in Oban, and attending Oban High School, Laura brings a wealth of local knowledge. After entering the estate agency sector in 2017, Laura quickly established herself, earning the prestigious Sale of Residential Property in Scotland Award in 2019.

With years of experience and a passion for helping clients navigate the property market, Laura joined our team in 2024. Her expertise and commitment to exceptional customer service ensures that sellers and buyers alike receive attentive support throughout the process.
