Fiuran provided a straightforward and excellent service to us when we recently sold our parents' house near Lochgilphead. Allan Wright was always very helpful in how he responded to our questions and led us thought the sale process. We highly recommend Fiuran and Allan.

Laura and Allan gave my property every chance to sell quickly. They are professional, patience and I got lucky when I asked them to list my property. Also they are just decent people who are on your side. Not every house will sell within a week, but having the right estate agent gives it a better chance. You also need the right buyer. They sold my house in a week.

phoned Fiuran with only expectations of a viewing for our dream home. Moving home was not our plan but when our dream came up we felt we had to at least make an inquiry. In no way did I expect we would eventually get to call our dream home - our actual home. I had no idea how the process worked about selling and buying a home, but Fiuran were so supportive, kind and understanding throughout the process. In addition to this their level of communication and professionalism was of the highest standard which again helped us massively. Fiuran were recommended to me by many people and they lived up to expectations and more. Forever grateful.

Absolutely fantastic.
I would highly recommend as the service is second to none. All staff at Fiuran are extremely helpful and assisted us from start to finish. Especially Laura M who is an absolute credit to the company....she was extremely attentive and very efficient in every aspect to the sale of our property and went above and beyond with helping us find our forever home. A massive thank you from All of us (M & G.Gibbon) xx

Fiuran have been absolutely amazing in my property search in Oban. I started looking around October 2025 and viewed various properties advertised by Fiuran. They were very quick to arrange viewings and very helpful. I finally found my dream property in March 2026 and the communication between Fiuran and my solicitor was second to none!

I moved in 6 weeks after my offer was accepted and was surprised with a lovely moving-in gift box by Fiuran, which was even delivered in person :-)

So if you're looking to sell or buy a property in Oban, I cannot recommend Fiuran highly enough!!

We have used Fiuran a few times and once again were delighted with the service provided for our recent challenging house sale. A special thanks to Laura M who could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend Fiuran to anyone looking to sell their house. 5 star service, best Estate Agents in Oban by a mile!!
