We are able to carry out viewings, if required, at an extra cost (varies depending on location).
Printing of Schedule of Particulars
We can supply high quality printed schedule of particulars for your land. Prospective buyers are able to download free schedule of particulars from our website, but if you would like to have high quality printed copies to offer viewers, we can arrange this for you at an extra cost.
Adverting in the Local or National Press
We can place an advert of your land in the national or local press (e.g. the Oban Times) based on their charges. We don’t charge any extra for designing and placing the advert.
Aerial Photography & Video
We can provide you with contact details of local companies who can prepare aerial photographs and/or a filmed & edited video of your land.
