Although you will have your Solicitor to advise on any legal matter and to answer any legal questions, how do you know what questions to ask? For example, your Solicitor may inform you that he/she is waiting for the ‘P16 report’ to come through so that the title boundaries can be ascertained. “What?” Also, your Solicitor may be extremely busy and may not have the time to explain the finer details of every stage in the process.
